Kenexa

KU issued a Request for Proposal (RFP) for a new software solution to support the recruitment process for all employee types across the University in January, 2013.  KU received bids from seven different vendors with recruitment solutions.  KU Human Resources performed an initial screening of each proposal and requested demonstrations from all vendors. Leadership and Stakeholder Committees were established to view vendor demonstrations, assess vendor proposals, and provide evaluative feedback during the vendor selection process.  The 2XBrassRing offering from Kenexa was ultimately selected to support recruitment process at KU.

Kenexa is a leading provider of cloud-based tools to support many aspects of Human Resources operations. The company got its start in recruitment services and offered its first technology solution in this area 20 years ago. Since that time Kenexa has grown to become a global leader in cloud-based solutions in the HR space. Kenexa’s success has grown largely due to an unwavering commitment to accuracy, timeliness, responsiveness, proactivity and mutual learning that is paramount to the services they provide.
